A member of the beauty industry for more than 20 years, Neil has a list of credentials longer than Repunzels golden locks. A master colorist and hair stylist, Neil is also the official stylist of the Miss Massachusetts USA and Miss Massachusetts Teen USA. His work has been seen in many local and national publications as well as on national television broadcasts: including, MTV, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, as well as many local theater productions and fashion events.

Considered an expert in pageant preparation, Neil has helped prepare hundreds of young women to be the best they can be when competing for both local and national beauty pageants with clients who have gone on to win Miss USA, Mrs. United States, Top 5 and top 10 at Miss USA, as well as 1st and 3rd runners up at Miss Teen USA.
